## Who it is for

- Owner-operated driving schools with a single instructor

## Features

- Lesson scheduling: weekly calendar, per-instructor availability by day and time, school operating hours, and automatic prevention of double-bookings.
- Online booking link: each school gets a public booking page; students pick a package, date, time slot and pickup area without phone calls. Bookings can be auto-approved or approved manually.
- Student management: learner records, lesson packages, lesson history, instructor assignment and outstanding balances. Import learners and instructors from CSV or Excel.
- Learner portal: learners book their next package lessons and reschedule or cancel within the school's notice rules.
- Automatic reminders: email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each lesson with a confirm / reschedule link; one-tap WhatsApp messages for learners without email; no-show tracking.
- K53 workflow: per-skill checklists for Code 8 and Code 10 updated by instructors from their phone, multiple test attempts with results, learner's licence expiry warnings, and a read-only progress link for parents.
- Instructor portal: every instructor gets their own login, schedule, student list and availability settings, including leave and recurring blocked time.
- Lesson packages: priced packages per licence code and transmission (manual or automatic), optionally limited to specific pickup regions.
- Pickup regions: define the areas the school serves.
- Vehicles: manage the school's fleet and assign vehicles to lessons.
- Payments: record cash and EFT, or take online payments and booking deposits straight into the school's own PayFast account; numbered PDF receipts and student statements.
- Analytics: revenue, lessons, instructor utilisation, no-show rate and CSV exports for any date range.
- Office role: front-desk staff manage bookings, learners and payments without access to billing or settings, and don't count toward the instructor limit.
- POPIA: consent on the booking form, a learner privacy notice, and parent/guardian details for learners under 18.
- Works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop. No installation.

- Starter: R197/month or R1,969/year. Up to 5 instructors, unlimited students.
- Pro: R397/month or R3,969/year. Up to 15 instructors, unlimited students, priority support.

Every plan includes scheduling, the online booking link, student and instructor management, dashboards and analytics. Annual billing saves roughly 17%. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled from inside the app.
